Company Policy

  1. Payment Terms:
  • Immediate Payment Upon Completion: Payment is required to be made in full on the same day that the project is completed. This ensures a smooth handover and the immediate commencement of post-project support if needed.
  • Extension Provision: Under certain circumstances, a maximum extension of 2 days may be granted for payment. This extension is at the discretion of the responsible company representative and is intended to accommodate any unforeseen client issues.
  • Consequences of Non-Payment: If payment is not received within the stipulated time frame (including any granted extension), the company reserves the right to terminate the project. Any work done may be withheld, and further actions will be taken to recover the due amount.
  1. Client Conduct:
  • Professional Interaction Required: Clients are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the project duration. This ensures a positive and productive working environment.
  • Project Pause Due to Unprofessional Conduct: If a client is found to be rude, disrespectful, or otherwise unprofessional, the company reserves the right to pause the project. This pause allows for the resolution of any issues and reassessment of the working relationship.
  • Termination in Extreme Cases: In cases where unprofessional behavior is extreme or persists despite warnings, the company may terminate the project. All work completed up to the point of termination will be billed accordingly.
  1. Legal Jurisdiction:
  • Dispute Resolution: Any legal disputes arising from the project will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the judiciary of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This clause ensures that both parties are aware of the legal framework governing their contract and provides a clear path for legal recourse if necessary.
