Web Wonder Network aims to provide a streamlined and comprehensive service for website development, focusing on both e-commerce and informational websites. The following points detail the services included for each type of website, along with our policies on revisions, completion, and refunds to ensure clarity and satisfaction for our clients.

Services Included in E-commerce Website Packages

Our e-commerce packages are designed to cover all essential and advanced features needed to launch and manage a functional online store. The package includes:

  • Cloud Hosting (One Year) We provide secure cloud hosting for one year, ensuring your site runs efficiently and remains accessible.
  • Domain Registration (If Applicable) If needed, we handle the domain registration process, including securing and setting up the domain for your site.
  • Payment Gateway Integration Seamless integration of a payment gateway to enable secure transactions for online shopping.
  • Custom Website Design We tailor the website’s design to your brand, ensuring a unique look and feel that aligns with your vision.
  • Mobile-Responsive Design All sites are optimized for mobile devices, making sure they display well across smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
  • Basic SEO Optimization We implement foundational SEO practices to help improve your website’s visibility on search engines.
  • Google Analytics Integration Tracking and analysis setup to help you understand site traffic and user behavior.

Services Included in Informational Website Packages

For informational websites, the focus is on delivering key business information without the e-commerce functionalities. The package includes:

  • Core Services Included Hosting, custom design, mobile responsiveness, basic SEO, Google Analytics, contact forms, social media integration, SSL security, content creation, and media optimization.
  • Exclusions E-commerce features (such as payment integration, product listings, and order management) are not included in informational websites.

Annual Renewals and Recurring Charges

  • Domain and Hosting Renewal Domain and hosting services must be renewed annually. Charges for domain renewal and cloud hosting for the upcoming year will be based on current market rates.
  • Client Responsibility While Web Wonder Network will send renewal reminders, tracking the domain and hosting expiry dates and making timely payments remains the client's primary responsibility. We will not be held liable if the website goes offline or the domain is locked due to payment delays.
  • Optional Technical Support After the first year of free support, you may opt to continue our technical assistance for an annual fee of 500. This support covers only basic maintenance and bug fixes. It does not include new features or design modifications.
  • Service Suspension If the renewal payment is not received by the deadline, hosting and domain services will be suspended automatically. Additional restoration fees may apply to reactivate the services.

Website Completion and Revision Policy

To ensure a smooth and satisfying project completion, we have a clear policy for revisions and changes to the website during development:

  • Major Layout Changes The package includes two major layout changes (e.g., significant structural changes to the layout or theme). Any additional major layout modifications requested beyond these two will incur additional charges, discussed and agreed upon before implementation.
  • Minor Changes Minor adjustments (such as text edits, colour adjustments, address & contact change, photo change, text change or minor tweaks) can be made multiple times. These changes are permitted within the first 15 days after the website’s initial setup. This timeframe allows for final adjustments before launching the site.
  • Training and Support Once the final payment is made, we provide a training session on managing the website’s content and features, ensuring that you are well-prepared to operate the site independently.
  • Meetings and Consultations All project discussions, meetings, and calls must be scheduled with mutual consent and availability during regular business hours. Clients cannot dictate meeting timings or demand immediate, unscheduled meetings. A structured schedule is required to ensure productive communication and workflow.
  • Professional Conduct and Zero-Tolerance We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for abusive language, arrogance, or disrespectful behavior directed toward our team. Should a client exhibit such unprofessional conduct, Web Wonder Network reserves the right to immediately terminate the project and suspend all services. In such cases of termination, no refunds will be issued.
  • No Refund Policy After the website design is completed, if the client chooses not to accept the website, no refunds will be provided. The project amount is divided into three stages of payment: 20% upfront, 40% after 60% of the work is completed, and the remaining 40% on final delivery. Any refund request will be evaluated based on the portion of work completed, following standard industry practices. If the value of work already completed is equal to or greater than the payment made, no refund will be issued. This policy ensures that the time, effort, and resources invested in the project are protected. Open communication during every stage of development is encouraged so the website aligns with your expectations.
