Refund Process – Web Wonder Network

At Web Wonder Network, we are committed to delivering quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. In case of a refund request, the following process will be followed:

1. Work Assessment:
   We will thoroughly analyze the scope of work, the total payment made, and the work completed.

2. Refund Calculation:

   • If the work completed is less than the payment made, the difference will be refunded.

   • If the work completed is equal to or more than the payment, no refund will be provided.

3. Request for Files:
   If the client requests project files and the value of the completed work exceeds the payment made, the client must pay the remaining balance to receive the files.

4. Jurisdiction Clause:
   Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
